Introduction.
Enterprising Form 4 students of Sekolah Menengah Damansara Utama Sekolah Kluster Kecemerlangan make up the employees of the company. The company aims to produce quality yet affordable goods as well as to promote espirit de corps and enterprising spirit among the members of the Young Enterprise Club , also know as the Pink Hippo Enter-Price.

Venue : Taman Tun Housing Area.
Time : 9 - 1.00 pm.
Objectives :
  • To fulfill our CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibilites).
  • To enhance our school and company's reputation.
  • To learn how to work together.
  • To give back to the society.
  • To earn funds which are to be donated to the needy.
We earned around RM130 from selling THIS MUCH.

Give a round of applause to the members of Pink Hippo Enterprise who came for this time-consuming event.

We did this with no equipment but 1 trolley. This shows how much effort the employees of P.H. Enterprise put into this event.

Our hands as soft as jelly after the campaign , we had some "conversations" with the "paper-lama-man" and earned a few more bucks. :D

Well, it was not a waste.
It's worth our energy to save mother earth.

At least for me, I burnt a few hundrel calories. :D

The hippo represents resilience, strength and steadiness. The hippo portrays our company as friendly, and environmentally conscious.

Pink and Black? Pink is the colour of happiness, and is seen as lighthearted. It appeals to the younger generation and also embodies our company logo. Black symbolizes the beginning of true achievement, understanding and wisdom, and a unity with oneself as well as others

The mouth of the Hippo :- The mouth of the hippo symbolises our smiles and the smiles of the customers of the company.

- The Young Enterprise -



The Young Enterprise (YE) Program was introduced to Malaysian secondary schools in 1989 by the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce to give an opportunity to learn about business though hands-on experience.

YE is known to lead young members through the complete life-cycle of a company , from capitalization to voluntary liquidation. This is to allow students of 16 years old to learn more about the corporate world , thus making things easier for the future.

Amcham (American malaysian Chamber of Commerce) is a non-profit , apolitical , proactive international business founded in 1978 as the American Business Council. The present name was adopted in 1993. AMCHAM represents the interests of apporoximately 800 members from over 350 corporations.

One of the objectives is to support Malaysia initiatives though community service programs , including the Young Enterprise Program and the AMCHAM-MACEE Sholarship.
